Francesco Gori

Born in Florence on May 15, 1952, has served as General Manager of the Tires business for Pirelli & C. since 2001. Mr. Gori first joined the Group's marketing division in 1978 and also worked for five years in the Motorcycles division, where he served as Director of Product Management and Director of Marketing. In 1987, he was promoted to Markets Director with special responsibility for Northern European markets as well as distributor relationships. In 1993, Mr. Gori assumed the role of Group Marketing Director, moving on in 1998 to become Director of Business Development for the Automobile division, in 1999, Sales Director for the Automobile division, and, in 2000, Manager of the Automobile division. Francesco Gori will resign from his executive position at Pirelli & C. effective July 1, 2006 and will become Managing Director of Pirelli Tyre. Besides being a Director of Pirelli Tyre, Mr. Gori serves as member of the board of directors of many companies of the Pirelli & C Group. Mr. Gori has a degree in Economics from Universit . a degli Studi in Florence .
Maurizio Sala
Joined the Group's Administration and Control Department in 1989 and was appointed Manager for Italy in 1999. He was transferred to Latin America in 2000 to work with Pirelli Pneus S.A. as Regional Director of Administration and Control. After returning to Italy 2002, he has held the position of Group Chief Director of Administration and Control. As of 2006, he is our Chief Director of Administration, Control and Group Investor Relations.
Giuseppe Cattaneo
Has served the Group since 2004 as the CEO of Pirelli Tyre Co., Ltd. ( China ). He had previously acquired extensive professional experience in that country while working in Shanghai , where he served as General Manager and Chief Representative of Gruppo Arquati S.p.A. from 1997 to 1999, Country Manager of Gruppo Antibioticos S.p.A. from 1999 to 2004 and General Manager of the Biotechnology Division of Antibioticos Biotechnologies S.p.A. in 2004.
Carlos Redondo
Joined the Pirelli & C. Group in 1980. In 1984, he started working with Pirelli Cavi Spagna, where he remained in service for 10 years, eventually becoming Director of Administration, Control and Finance. His service with the Group began in 1995, and, in 1997, he became Director of Administration and Control for Latin America . He was transferred to Italy the following year to act as Director of Administration and Control of the Tire business. Since returning to Latin America in 2002, he assumed the role of CEO of Pirelli Pneus S.A.
